Oleksandr Lavrynovych: Ukraine needs Efficient Authorities respecting the Law
"Today we open not only an important, responsible session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine but it is in certain meaning a turning point. It is not only due to the fact that in the course of this session the new President of Ukraine will put on his oath, moreover, the new Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will be formed in the session hall, the new coalition will be formed in the course of the current session . The future Ukrainian face depends considerable not only on the presentees in this hall but even more on the citizens of Ukraine", - Oleksandr Lavrynovych, the First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine declared in his speech from the Party of Regions while opening the sixth session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the sixth convocation.
"Today, 2 February we open next session of the Ukrainian Parliament and state that in February the country does not have either the effective State Budget or even its draft", - the First Deputy Chairman stated and added that "How one can neglect and ignore the Constitutional obligations, principles and laws. State management is being transmitted into the hands of one person in order to provide the presidential campaign. It is inadmissible. "
The First Deputy Chairman addressed the presentees with number of questions: "If the Prime Minister announces that there is a person that seems to govern the Ministry on Internal Affairs after the Parliament dismissed it then there is a question, who appointed the person? If the Cabinet of Ministers had done it, why no one had seen the act on appointment? If there is no such an act, what grounds such a person possesses to even enter the Ministry building? "
"We are obliged to follow the Laws of Ukraine that regulate all the social relation in the state. We will provide it. We will let neither the elections breakdown nor the electoral fraud", - O. Lavrynovych emphasized.
We are supposed to provide the transfer to the new quality of Ukrainian power without the social stress. We need active authorities that follow the laws. We need the union of Ukraine where the order is provided by the Law that is one for everyone, - for the authorities and society without any preferences", - the Party of Regions representative mentioned.
